The process includes a personal interview, literacy testing, computer assisted self assessment program, written validation exams, clinical evaluation of skills, review and completion of assessment results and a final personalized training plan.</div> <bR> <div> Career Designs strongly believes that our PLA process provides individual candidates with a non-threatening, time and cost effective means of evaluating their competencies as a Health Care Aide / Perosnal Care Attendant. Gaps identified through the assessment process provide the basis for a training plan. Individuals receive competency-based training modules and complete training through self-study modules and clinical labs.
